Registration fees are the same for in-person and virtual attendance.
Kindly note that all dates and times are in Pacific Standard Time. Fees are in Canadian Dollar.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending the conference.
Refund eligibility
- Refund requests received until 31 December 2025 are eligible for a refund (including GST) minus a 1.5% processing fee.
- Requests received from 01 January 2026 to 15 January 2026 are eligible to a 50% refund (including GST) minus 1.5% processing fee.
- Requests received from 16 January 2026 onwards are not eligible for refund.
How to request a refund

Substitutions
You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 5 business days before the conference with your full name, order confirmation number, and the new attendee’s full contact information.
